Executive Council of Rabari Engineers Association
The Executive Council of the Rabari Engineers Association (REA) provides strategic leadership, governance, and oversight for the organization. The Council is composed of experienced engineers, academicians, and industry professionals who guide REA’s vision, mission, and programs in support of engineering education, professional development, innovation, and community service.
Council Roles & Responsibilities
The Executive Council is responsible for:
Defining strategic direction and goals for REA
Approving key policies, programs, and initiatives
Overseeing educational, professional, and community outreach activities
Ensuring transparency, accountability, and ethical governance
Supporting growth of regional and student chapters
Council Meetings & Governance
The Executive Council meets quarterly to:
Review program performance
Approve new initiatives
Monitor financial health
Strengthen governance and member engagement
How the Council Serves Members
The Executive Council ensures that Rabari Engineers Association:
Provides relevant and impactful programs for students and professionals
Strengthens community engagement through outreach and service
Promotes ethical and socially responsible engineering practice
Expands its network through strategic collaborations
Originally it was a vision to build a strong Engineering Association in community to introduce the all the technocrats with each other, and later it was redesigned to help all the Engineering Students and Professionals to keep record of all the technocrats in one Directory to enhance/motivate the technical education in our community.
